Free On Line Classes

This week Union would like to spotlight the Valley Learning Center in Mountain View. During this time of stress and uncertainty, the Valley Learning Center offered free online classes for up to 120 people. These classes encourage the community to “take a break”. Classes offered included, Hip Hop for All, Family Yoga, and Planting Positivity. Each teacher volunteered time to prepare and create a class specifically for this online session. Union believes that these educational resources are important for maintaining self-care.
