CHEYENNE — As junior high students answered civics quiz questions they’d prepared for on Friday, the adults in the audience at the first Wyoming State Civics Bee were invited to play along on their personal devices.

While the questions were written for middle-schoolers, they could’ve stumped adults. They tasked the students with answering questions about landmark legal cases, the U.S. Constitution and the Federalist Papers.
