CHEYENNE — Several residents offered positive comments when asked about the performance of their current mail delivery service at a public forum held by the United States Postal Service on Tuesday afternoon at Laramie County Community College.

Concerned citizens and mail carrier union leaders also came to the 2 p.m. meeting — which attendees noted was held at an inconvenient time for working people — to express their concerns with proposed changes to the Cheyenne post office.
