CHEYENNE – A local psychologist and his wife pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to making false statements to Wyoming Medicaid.

John Sink Jr. and his wife, Diane M. Sink, were accused by the federal government of submitting more than $6.2 million in bills to Wyoming Medicaid for alleged group therapy, which consisted of activities that didn’t qualify for group therapy under Medicaid guidelines.
