2017 Forty Under 40

Each Forty Under 40 nominee was asked to provide a selfie of themselves with their passion - here are just a few of them. To see more, watch for the June edition of the Wyoming Business Report.

What does a Casper fishing guide, a Pinedale art store owner, two airport managers, a Jackson hotelier and a Cheyenne attorney specializing in endangered species have in common? All are members of this year’s class of Wyoming Forty Under 40.

Lots of public officials decry the “brain drain“ that leads so many of our young people out of the state for schooling or for their first jobs, but the great thing is that many of our talented workers are coming back, bringing insights and training that will enhance our economy. The high number of returnees among our honorees is proof of that trend.

The following list of honorees was compiled with help from our judges, local business people who volunteered their time to read through the entires. Each person on the list has a fascinating story to tell, and you’ll find all of them in a special publication coming in the June edition of the Wyoming Business Report.
