What makes someone a victim of a cyberattack, how businesses can meet federal cyber requirements, and using Legos to model cybersecurity solutions are among topics to be explored during the 2019 Wyoming Cybersecurity Symposium, set for Oct. 23 at Little America in Cheyenne.
