The nation is dealing with two major issues when it comes to vaping: an outbreak of severe pulmonary illness related to vaping, and an epidemic of use among youth, experts say.

In response to a recent widespread outbreak of pulmonary illness among e-cigarette users, Gov. Mark Gordon and the Wyoming Department of Health began urging state residents to avoid vaping products containing tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, in late October.
