While online interactions have increased significantly due to the impact of COVID-19 on businesses and workers, meeting with clients in person is still essential for Wyoming Department of Workforce Services staff, who follow strict social distancing guidelines.

“Because of the nature of the work we do, we have to keep our offices open through this pandemic,” said Tyler Stockton, DWS communications manager. “The Unemployment Insurance (UI) division is a function of DWS, and we must be available to help people with their unemployment claims.”
