resignation of Ron Ommen, director of the Wyoming Department of Administration and Information.
Ommen’s resignation will be effective Jan. 30, 2008. He was appointed to the post last January. For five years before his appointment, Ommen was the CEO of St. John’s Hospital in Jackson.
“I appreciate Ron’s work and thank him for his service to the state,” Freudenthal said.
In a message to department employees, Ommen said, “I want you to know
that it has been a pleasure to work with all of you and I wish you all the best as you continue working to provide the best services to the citizens of Wyoming.”
