LARAMIE - The Wyoming Business Council and the University of Wyoming College of Business is proud to announce the sixth Wyoming Business Leadership Institute scheduled for April 12-14 in Laramie.

This leadership program is designed to give business executives skills and knowledge to strengthen their companies and their long-term business growth. It also provides an opportunity for management, and people rising in management, with practical business knowledge and help your company in senior executive training and succession management.

"Based on feedback from the previous classes, the material is relevant and provides real world practical solutions to your real world business issues," WBC CEO Bob Jensen explained, adding that the program provides participants with an opportunity to focus on the long-term growth and success of the business rather than the day to day operations.

"When we had the idea to build a program like this, our overriding goal was to tailor it, as much as possible, to business owners and managers and create a network in which Wyoming business leaders could share ideas and discuss business challenges and solutions with their peers," Jensen continued.

The sessions are interactive and focus on honing and strengthening business skills and talents.

Jensen encouraged business leaders to consider attending themselves, or sending their key people to the next session of WBLI. "Based on feedback we received from the previous classes, I know you will be pleased with the program. If you are not, let me know and we will refund your tuition," he said.
